In the hair, the avocado oil helps to give shine, softness and still gives a little hand to control the frizz! Who has dry or mixed hair with dry tips will love!

In dry hair: simply apply the oil on the scalp, a few drops, massage with circular movements and then pass through the entire length. Sleep and the next day, wash your hair as usual.
In oily or mixed hair, we tested the following recipe: mix a tablespoon of avocado oil and 5 drops of essential oil of rosemary (not recommended for pregnant women). Massage the scalp with circular motions and pull towards the ends. Let it act for 30 minutes, then wash your hair and just use the conditioner on the tips.
Another tip is to put 2 drops of avocado oil in the palm of the hands, rub and apply on the length and ends of the hair before drying or brushing! But this is for those with dry hair! Look great and no frizz!

Before using, note:

Some people are allergic to oil, so before using test on a small area of arm skin to see if this is not your case. Just put a few drops and rub, wait a few minutes, and watch what happens during the day. If you notice any unusual reactions such as hives, redness, burning or rash, do not use the oil and seek medical attention.

Excellent moisturizer for dry skin! Even those who have normal or oily skin can enjoy the humectant properties of avocado oil in the drier parts like knees, elbows, and ankles!

Just apply a few drops of avocado oil to the desired area and do a circular massage before bed. It can be done 1 or 2 times a week, depending on the area and dryness of the skin. The next day just washes as usual, the skin becomes much more soft and luminous.
We did the test by applying avocado oil 2x per week in the following areas: knees, elbows, ankles and legs. The result was very positive: the knees and elbows lost their grayish appearance and became more uniform and moisturized. On the heel helped to greatly decrease the dryness and some slight cracks. Already in the legs, it diminished the desquamaci?n characteristic of the dryness and left the very soft skin!
